About this project
Relief Pro is a Kiwi wellness brand founded by massage therapist Sammy to bring a high quality, portable TENS machine to the local market, making at- home pain management and recovery accessible to everyone.
Sammy already had a basic logo, but it lacked the refinement and professional polish needed to launch a physical product. The challenge was to level up the existing assets into a premium, trustworthy medical wellness brand that would stand out on retail shelves and immediately build confidence with health conscious buyers.
I refined the brand and built out a complete visual identity and packaging system, focusing on:
Logo Refinement: Polishing the original logo to give it a much more modern, balanced, and approachable feel.
Premium Color Palette: Developing a sophisticated mix of navy, cream, and copper to convey clinical expertise alongside high end comfort.
Typography: Pairing clean, professional fonts that look great and are easy to read.
Packaging Design: Creating retail ready packaging that looks professional on the shelf, communicates the product benefits clearly, and makes the unboxing experience feel premium.
The result is a cohesive, high end brand presence that perfectly bridges the gap between medical effectiveness and everyday wellness. The new look and polished packaging give Relief Pro the retail credibility it needs to compete confidently in the New Zealand market.
