About this project

Duncross Media had built their business through relationships and referrals, which meant the website had never needed to do much heavy lifting. The problem with that position is it only holds as long as every prospect already knows you. For anyone landing cold, the old site sent the wrong signals. A digital marketing agency pitching high end businesses on the strength of their expertise needs a web presence that demonstrates it before a single conversation happens.

I led a brand refresh and full rebuild, migrating from WordPress to Webflow. The brand direction was typographically led, large scale editorial type, monochromatic palette, confident and modern without chasing trends. The build included full CMS architecture across people, projects and blog posts, plus multi-region localisation across UK and US domains, with location details, contact numbers and regional content switching depending on which version of the site a visitor landed on.

A site they could put in front of anyone, with the CMS infrastructure in place to support ongoing content and case studies across both markets.

Client feedback

We brought John-Luke in to refresh our digital presence and he delivered a polished result that feels much more modern. Easy to work with and understood exactly what we needed. We continue to use him for various agency projects.
