About
I help businesses grow by bringing together marketing strategy, digital marketing and practical business systems.
I’ve spent over 20 years working in digital marketing, ecommerce and customer experience across global organisations, agencies and growing businesses. A big part of my work has always been helping businesses step back, understand where the opportunities are, and then putting the structure and marketing in place to bring those ideas to life.
More recently I’ve been working closely with founders and personal brands, helping shape and grow their businesses across many areas — from marketing strategy and digital advertising through to website development, events, partnerships and new business ideas. I enjoy working across the whole business and helping turn strategy into practical execution.
This includes working alongside New Zealand stylist Lou Heller to grow her business through marketing, events, partnerships and digital initiatives, as well as supporting the launch of leadership speaker Marianne Delaney’s brand.
Earlier in my career I led ecommerce and digital projects for organisations including HSBC UK, RAC/Aviva, Telecom NZ and M.M Linen, where I managed a major ecommerce platform redevelopment that helped increase online sales by 95% in the first year.
I’m practical, highly organised and enjoy helping founders and growing businesses turn good ideas into clear plans that actually get executed.
