I help business owners feel calm, confident and organised.
I’m Eden, a business support specialist who knows that small businesses thrive when the back-end is structured, organised and intentionally used. I built my business to support founders, solopreneurs and directors who need a calm workable system that allows them to focus on the work only they can do.
My Mission
To empower you to run your business with clarity and confidence instead of feeling overwhelmed and unaligned. My goal is to give you the support to reclaim your time and energy so you can have the space to build your business.
Why I Started
After years working across admin, particularly in project management, I learnt how often people feel overwhelmed as they do not have clear systems, processes or workflows in place.
Starting The Organised Hour in February 2025 was my way of combining my experience and skills to offer administrative support to business owners. In September 2025 I already felt burnt out, uninspired and I realised I had been spent all my time working in my business instead of on. I worked on mapping out my business and creating a system that allowed me to feel calm and organised every day that I sat at my desk. Now I get to offer it to my clients!
What I do
I support business owners through:
1:1 Weekly Planning Sessions - an hour early in the week to map out the goals and tasks for the week to set you up for success.
Notion-Based Business Mapping - have you got countless of word documents, spreadsheets filled with strategy plans, business goals and sales contacts? Let me create a tailored, workable business dashboard on Notion.
Tailored administrative support - including but not limited to managing day to day admin, writing processes, customer support and data entry.
Coming Soon: Business Planning - providing structured facilitation for business owners to set clear vision, strategy and 90 day plans including business mapping in Notion.
