Hi I'm Bex a lead UX / product designer based out of Auckland with over 8 years experience in the tech industry in NZ and USA.

I help busy SaaS teams with overflow work their internal design team doesn't have capacity for or the skillset for.

I'm guessing your objectives are to design and build a product that attracts high paying loyal customers.

My focus is high ROI design and design decisions that impact real business metrics (e.g. increase sign up conversions, decrease time it takes to see value, reduce churn etc)

For the past few years I've worked with EquipmentShare. A fast growing USA based scale up in the construction equipment space (in 2023 they just closed $290M funding round and $1B bond offering)

I still contract to EquipmentShare helping senior leadership team with strategic projects the internal designers don't have time or skill set for.

Before that my team roll out NZPosts rebrand with a full web platform redesign + design system build and implementation.
