About this project
As the blog writer and social media manager for Benchmark Mortgages, I was brought in to help the company better connect with its local audience and showcase its unique value in a competitive market. Benchmark, a trusted mortgage brokerage based in Auckland, needed content that not only informed but also reflected its deep community roots and client-first approach.
The challenge was that their existing online presence lacked personality and clarity around what set them apart. I addressed this by crafting engaging blog content and showcasing authority from the owner through his personal experience and expertise.
With a consistent social media voice that highlighted real stories, local expertise, and approachable professionalism, overall the content boosted website engagement, social media and represented the brands voice.
